Here’s one of my favorite (and easiest!) ways to preserve them: 1️⃣ Slice your cucumbers. 2️⃣ Lay the slices flat on a tray and freeze for 24 hours. 3️⃣ Move them into a freezer-safe bag for storage. That’s it! 🙌 I love using these cucumber slices as a refreshing “ice cube” in water and in smoothies. My kids even enjoy snacking on them straight from the freezer!
