Crispy Lachha Paratha Recipe ⬇️ *RECIPE* 1. In a bowl add one cup of maida, one cup wheat flour, half tbsp salt, 2 tbsp ghee and half cup milk. 2. Mix it. 3. Make a soft dough using water. 4. Rest the dough for 15 minutes. 5. Take a small portion of the dough and roll it. 6. Spread thw ghee and make cut as shown. 7. Fold it and make paratha using hands. 8. Shallow fry until it become crispy and flaky. 9. Your delicious lachha paratha is ready. 10. Serve it with sabji or achaar. Please follow @kh
